The room was ran down. There was a broken lamp. In there, the lock on the door was messed up. It just looked like a trashy motel. I would never stay there again.

Courteous staff. However, vanity drain partially clogged, bath tub/shower diverter was difficult to initially operate, dirty floor, sidewalk salt residue on desk. Thankfully the room was warm. Snow on outside stairs to walkway only partially shoveled off.

Honestly the room was nice but when I checked in and entered the room on the door was a sign stating enjoy your upgraded room on us. The problem is I booked and paid for the highest priced room. This being said it did kind of put me off of staying there again and I do tend to frequent rooms in the area. I sent a message asking about this and never received any response.

Room - it’s full of dusty, disgusting smell all night , very hot inside the room, no proper cooling system, heavy noice from Ac, heavy loud vent systems, lot of noice from bed while moving, no fridge, no microwave oven. Horrible stay overnight, I never stay again in Red Roof and never recommend.
