I received an “upgrade” but the room was far from satisfactory. There was crumbs in different areas of the room, the couch was disgustingly stained, the door handle to the restroom was not properly affixed, and the shower had mold.

Everything was good, from the location to the customer service. I didn't try the breakfast and the bed really messed up my back but that's with most hotels. Beds with coil spings wreck my back but overall I would stay here again.
