The staff was very nice. But our room was definitely in poor condition. The bed was at the point of needing a new mattress and the bedding consisted of one sheet and a topper that needed replaced. It didn’t appear that the AC worked. We opened the window to try to cool off but there was no screen and no overhead fan. The downstairs of the B&B was lovely, but I was definitely disappointed with the room.

This place was perfect! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Our host, Theresa was so accommodating. The common areas were stocked beyond what we could possibly use. Also, Its walking distance to the stadiums and the casino. Total bonus! We will definitely be coming back!

Didn’t get the room advertised on Expedia. Advertised private bathroom which ended up being a bathroom with a lock on it in a shared space where others could walk around. What a lovely surprise. Picked out this property on a whim as an overnight stay as a midway point on our drive to Indiana. It turned out to be a hidden gem that we wished we could enjoy for longer.
