Room and hallways smelled like brand new. Maybe the cleanest bathroom in a hotel room that I have experienced. They do a great job of keeping the cigarette smoke smell limited to the casino.

My car got hit in their valet and the hotel claims it wasnt them but i legit got my car drove to a gas station and saw the damage. The hotel was also underwhelming for the price and being apart of a casino i had alot higher expectations. The only benifit to this hotel is its right by acrisure but id rather walk a few blocks tha get told to accept that they didnt do it.

Great location for Steelers game. We were able to walk to stadium and restaurants. Valet service was great! The hotel itself is little overpriced for what you get in my opinion but I guess that’s the case for all the area hotels when the Steelers are in town. The free breakfast was good. WiFi is terrible if you plan on doing a little work or streaming.. I would definitely stay there again if we go to another game.

convenient to the casino, parking only convenient if you use the "free" valet, was surprised that the room didn't have a coffee maker or microwave. Very convenient to the casino and breakfast was nice. Staff is all 5 stars!
