Not a bad stay but the room we were in (822) needed a lot of TLC. Wallpaper is peeling in every section and the furniture has alot if damage and marks. Beds were old loud spring style that made it hard to sleep with anyone else in the bed with you. Location is great and pool in wonderful.

Shocked!

I feel this is considered an upscale place. I could not believe how outdated the rooms were. Old wallpaper peeling off the walls, worn out carpet. I have seen cheap hotels in this shape. Was not expecting it from a place with a good reputation and a 300$ a night price tag to look like this one did. The restaurant was as disappointing. It took forever to get food. The waiter never came back to see if we needed refills or if all was good. I never even received a drink with my order. The person that I assume was the manager was one of the rudest people I have met...... The good part of the stay.....the food was decent, and the bed was very comfortable.

Extremely busy.

I dont want to leave a bad review so ill leave a mediocre review. It was extremely busy, we stayed during a supercross event so i knew they were going to be busy. When we arrived at the hotel after the event there was a wedding going on so everybody had to use the elevator to get to their floors because the stairs was blocked off. The line for the elevators was crazy long. Same thing in the morning, trying to get down from the 10th floor was a challenge. We waited as 6 elevators stopped on our floor and every one of them was packed. After 20 min of waiting we finally used the stairs. Lugging our gear down 10 flights of stairs was also a challenge. The staff was extremely friendly though. All things considered, not a bad stay.

The rooms were falling apart and in need of repair. The pillows were as comfortable as cardboard can be. Also, the walls are paper thin (you can use your imagination). Parking was awful as well as you either pay valet or have to park blocks away.

Everything was great. My only advice to the property is that in room 938, the sliding bathroom door is noisy and operates roughly. The shower curtain will try to cling to you when you shower. A curtain rod that bows outward would eliminate this. Lastly, the bathroom should have an exhaust vent. These issues are minor and would not prevent me from staying again. Valet parking will cost you $43/day.
