Had a river view room, awesomr. Front desk was nice. Saul wad top notch. Room wallpaper was peeling bsck in many spots. No fan in bathroom. Restaraunt was a bust. Wanted to ordrr fot my room snd was told they wete not tsking orderd becausr thry wete too budy and short staffed on a Saturday evening.

The room was great. We paid extra to have a view which was awesome during game days. The staff was nice and helpful. The bar had a decent menu and food was good as well as a concession area that we used after hours to grab snacks. The only downfall was after the NFL game not being able to get to our room because not many elevators and a lot of floors to stop at which took a long time.

We did not eat any meals at the hotel. We did not visit the hotel bar. Overall, the lobby was very nice, but our room was a bit lackluster. It didn’t seem dirty, but you could definitely tell that renovations and improvements would help this hotel be better.
