Positives= the location is hard to beat, especially if you are going to a sporting event. Older hotel but is clean. Deborah at the front desk is great to deal with. Even with the housekeeping and service issues we had she was nice and tried to help us out. Lana served us breakfast a few times and she is a delight first thing in the morning. Negatives= It took 2.5 days to get a remote that worked and some more toilet paper to our room. They offer housekeeping "by request" but when we aked it was only every three days and we had to continually ask if it was going to be done. I eventually talked to deborah and told her i would change the garbages, towels and linnens myself if she could suply new ones. Overall we were underwhelmed here but thats not from the staff. I feel its more of a problem from ownership and management running a buisiness short staffed to save on cost.

The staff were all great. At check-in I enjoyed friendly staff and a delicious cookie. What a treat after a long day of flying! The barista at the coffee “shop” was very friendly. The staff who handled the meals for our conference were all great and very attentive to our needs when the conference room grew warm.

Showing its age, lobby is clean, rooms shpuld have been update a while ago, bathroom doors are non private because they slide on the outside of door, no fan in bathroom, fixtures rusty from humidity, tv small, beds super soft, kept rollling to middle. Positives, great location for professional sports teams.
