This is my second time staying at Berkshire Mountain Lodge. Each time the room, actually a one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, has been very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. It is well located for getting to various places and is very close to both a large grocery store and a smaller gourmet market. I have not used the pool or hot tub, but I've seen others enjoying them.

Everything was great. Came here from Boston immediately after surgery to relax, be at peace, and heal in the fresh mountain air. Stayed 5 days and this diamond in the ruff lived up to expectations. It was an epic decision that I picked this place to jump start my recovery and all is good! Great Hotel!

The staff were pleasant every time we walked by. The hot tub was nice outside. The room decor is a little dated. Shower head was installed for shorter people. Room was spacious and clean. For the price we were very pleased.

Overall clean, if traveling with kids, kitchen is definitely convenient. The king suite we stayed had full kitchen. Staffs were friendly. Close to restaurants and other shopping area. Very reasonable price to stay compared to other hotels nearby. Definitely recommend this place
