It was a great central spot for our plans in the Berkshires. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly. The rooms are very large with a stocked kitchen, dishwasher, dining table, etc. The pull out sofa has a thinner mattress so don't expect a lot of comfort, but the king bed was good. A/C could be better in bedroom.

The Berkshire Mountain Lodge is amazing! The layout of the hotel is designed to be walkable woth elevators conveniently located. The staff are friendly and helpful. The condo room is spectacular 👌. I enjoyed the convenience of a full kitchen and dining area, Great for entertaining. The room decor is relaxing and refreshing. The large flat-screen TV in the living area made watching movies enjoyable. The separate bedroom with king size bed was so comfortable. I loved the Olympic soze swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool. Thank you for an exceptional stay!

Great price, great location!

The location was excellent. Just a short ride to Lenox center and Tanglewood. The hotel was clean but a bit dated. The kitchen was new but the boxspring was noisy(not new). The staff were exceptional - very polite and shared useful information.

Dated but spacious, spotless & the right price!

We looked first for a charming place in historic Lenox but we wanted a fridge and preferred a microwave, and we couldn't find that combination (at least not at a reasonable price). This option was about half the price, twice the square footage, had a full kitchen (including cookware, dishes, etc.), LR, dining area, separate BR and huge BA, plus a lovely wooded view from the 5th floor. It's somewhat dated and the pillows were lumpy (but the king mattress was comfy). The indoor pool is large and plenty warm, but we ended up not using it. The small children's play area & picnic area seems long-abandoned, but that didn't matter to us (and may not even be described as an amenity). We didn't mind the short drives to Lenox, Stockbridge & Pittsfield and we realized that no matter where we stayed we'd have had to do some driving to get to all the places on our "must see" list. We'd stay there again -- price point was excellent.

This hotel is very clean very good staff. I took a walk down the driveway and the lawn chair set up is very nice i also like the little path to the sign. Loved the overall experience, i'm definitely going to plan to come back!!

Be aware that they also charge a $150 "hold" on your payment card. Not a big deal, but also not mentioned anywhere i saw until I was doing thrift the online check in process. (24+hrs after check out, the hold hasn't released yet... no idea how long it'll take to clear.) Otherwise, the hotel is very nicely maintained, the days was EXCELLENT. The kitchen was stocked really well with all the things we needed to be able to make our own meals. There's a grocery store right across the street as well. The view of the mountain as sunset was breathtaking! We would stay here again.
