Outstanding team, interesting rooms, nicely appointed and very clean. There was a little street noise (our room faced the road) but only in the morning. The adjacent restaurant was disappointing—-has aspirations but didn’t deliver, unfortunately. But I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is retro fun and I loved it. The bar was very nice and the food was average but nice. The parking is convenient and safe. The location had nothing to walk to and no place to go for breakfast within walking distance. It was sadly a run-down very area that I would never spend time in. Having grown up there I was really sad about that.

We greatly enjoyed our weekend at the Hotel. The lobby decor and welcoming staff got us off on the right foot. 👌Our room was spacious and clean. The gift shop had some great finds, and the restaurant featured great food and excellent service. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to the Berkshires!

Clean room nice property great location if you want to be center of all Berkshire activities 20-30 minutes from most things to do. It is in the downtown area and can be loud at night with cars etc. Pittsfield has a small city vibe a little depressed but seems to be a nice city with neat artictecture.

Absolutely loved every part of my stay at Hotel North. Parking was so easy and safe. The Hotel is decorated so tastefully, the staff was so welcoming. When I stepped into my room, I felt I had walked into a soothing refuge. Your decorators knew just how to balance the aesthetics with furnishings, art work, etc. Every detail was perfect - the room temperature, the comfortable bed, the quietness, etc. I will definitely recommend the Hotel North to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area. Good job everyone!
