Enjoy an unbeatable location steps to the beach in a private lot lined with gorgeous coconut palms with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Palm (Knight) and Don Pedro Islands offer laid-back beach living and pristine beaches with sunshine all year for you to enjoy. Must-visit attractions you can find nearby include Thornton Key Preserve and Don Pedro Island State Park (via ferry).

After a thrilling day at the beach, come back home and rinse off in the outdoor shower located on the ground level before relaxing in the hammock as the refreshing coastal breezes cool you down. The patio also features a beautiful wooden swing that is a fantastic spot to enjoy on your own with a good book or with someone else. The screened, wrap-around porch is also a great spot to unwind with plenty of seating options.

Inside, it's island vibes throughout! The tropical-themed open living room provides you with an inviting spot to gather with your friends and stream favorite shows and movies on the smart TV or plan your next adventures. The equally open kitchen is complete with all the essentials to whip up delicious beach snacks on the go and full-course meals for the group. And if you would like to step it up a notch, you can always use the provided gas grill for some barbecued treats! Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom for added convenience. Additional perks include new Tempur-pedic mattresses, central AC, and free WiFi.

There is no washer/dryer available for guest use.
There is only one restaurant on the island and no gas stations, grocery stores, hospitals, etc. The only establishments on this island are houses and one restaurant. Amazon and other companies don't ship to this island.
This house is only accessible by the Palm Island Ferry. The ferry runs between the following hours: Sunday - Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 12:00 a.m. The ferry fee is $55 per round trip. There is no access on or off the island outside of the above hours.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
