COMPLAINT

We had Two rooms booked and paid for our stay. The system gave us one room door key. We struggled but in vain. We called and left message with no reply. Two of our group had to go to another hotel and pay for a room for the 17night. In the morning I spoke to reception who fully denied every thing. She was a very RUDE and horrible lady who refused to help. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.

I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel if you’re staying for tourism. The rooms are extremely small, no room to walk or shower. When I say small, think 160 sq ft. The shower is literally a little corner in an extremely small bathroom. The setup they advertise for sleeping is not functional. If you have luggage, good luck as you’re going to have t climb up and down it with it, and even if you request a first floor, they won’t accommodate you , you’re left to luck of what’s available that day. There’s no real on site staff to help. Again, this place is not for tourism. It appeared to me that it was being used for construction and business workers - we saw people who appeared to be on tourism leaving as well. I had to leave 1 day of my 7 day booking and forced to rent an Airbnb with no refund offered or anything.

The young lady that was at the reception desk was so helpful, she assisted, and answered all my questions. She is trustworthy, nice and helpful. I needed to charge my phone, but i didn't have the European connector type, the receptionist lend me hers, i was so glad she did. She also spoke English which helped a lot. I was stayed in this hotel to go watch the mountain bike event at the Olympics.

The property is too far away from Paris. It’s terrible. The staff doesn’t speak English and they’re not helpful.

Please stay away

This is a prostitution hotel and the area is not safe . People live at this hotel . They have an AUTOMATIC CHECK IN there's no one to assist you . Please don't book here it's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and dirty . I've never been so disappointed .

A reasonable budget hotel

A great priced budget hotel near the main road and close to Versailles. Room small but clean and okay for comfort Glad to have contacted the Hotel ahead of time and received a code for the automatic entrance system as we arrived after reception was closed. WiFi Free but very slow at times

We stayed there as a bases to get to Versailles. If you have a car it is great but only by car. Hard to get to with public transport. Great price for value and helpful reception.

Good value and very quiet

This was a cheap place to stay within reach of Paris and Versailles - we didn't expect much as it was a cheap hotel and didn't have good reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately as we arrived when no staff were available we paid by card at the automated machine to get in, but the staff had already taken payment. (They issued us a cheque as a refund next day). The hotel and location were incredibly quiet. The aircon fan worked, but the cooling didn't so the room was a bit hot, but otherwise was very good. The breakfast was simple but good for the price (~ ÂŁ5)

TrÚs bon accueil. Locaux agréables. Niveau chambre, grosse déception. Prise électrique maintenue avec du scotch, luminaire en partie fixé, abattant de toilettes décalé, cuvette des wc noire, 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette, jeune pousse émanant du trop plein de l'évier. Confort et service : lit confortable (1 petit oreiller par personne), télé, wifi, petite armoire, petit bureau. SDB et WC privés. Avant notre départ, nous avons été réveillé par le personnel toquant à la porte pour le ménage à 10:30 puis 10:45 et enfin 11:00 alors que nous disposions de la chambre jusqu'à 12:00 (nous sommes rentrés à 5:00 du matin). Autant dire que ça fùche.

A fuir! Ils ne rĂ©pondent mĂȘme pas au tĂ©lĂ©phone ni aux messages. En arrivant dans la chambre la lumiĂšre Ă©tait allumĂ© et les lits dĂ©faits, les serviettes sales par terre. Ils n'ont jamais nettoyĂ© ni changĂ© les draps. En pleine nuit nous avons du dormir dans les lits sales car personne rĂ©pondait au tĂ©lĂ©phone.
