Nestled in a lush, landscaped garden, the 50 sqm swimming pool is the heart of relaxation at Villa Fuerte. Surrounded by a manicured lawn, mature trees, and vibrant flowering shrubs, it offers a serene escape. Unwind on a sunbed or the cozy outdoor sofas while admiring the expansive villa grounds and the breathtaking snow-capped Cretan mountains, visible until early June. The garden is a paradise for children, featuring fun activities like a treehouse, trampoline, slide, and a table tennis area for endless outdoor enjoyment.

Entrance:
Villa Fuerte welcomes you with convenient off-road parking, accessible via a sloping driveway that leads right up to the villa. The main entrance, located at the front, is reached by a short flight of steps and opens into the inviting interior of your holiday retreat.

Living Space & Kitchen:
Spanning three floors, Villa Fuerte comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests in existing beds, with additional space for 2 more guests using extra beds or sofas.

The ground floor boasts a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area – perfect for socializing after a day by the pool. The modern kitchen island is ideal for whipping up delicious meals, while the large shutter doors bathe the space in natural light, creating an airy and expansive atmosphere.

On the basement level, the villa features a delightful children’s playground. Equipped with six single beds, a wooden slide, and other fun features, it’s destined to become the kids' favorite spot.

– Bedroom 1: Two single beds.
– Bedroom 2: Two double beds, one located in the ground floor and one that requires stairs in a in-door attic.
– Bedroom 3: A king bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower.
– Bathrooms: A guest bathroom and a family bathroom with a bathtub.

• First Floor:
– Master Suite: A king bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a jacuzzi, in addition to the private terrace to enjoy panoramic views of the stunning surroundings.
