you will enjoy great views over the mountain and amazing views over the Plavs Lake, supermarket just 20mtrs, bars and restaurants just 150metrs , lake about 150mtrs , its close to all amenities and city center but also very quiet during the night , there is free safe parking just in front of the entrance ,there is also a garage in case you prefered
