We arrived early & in order to check in we were expected to pay a fee (which would have been ok ) but were informed that we had to pay in cash (questionable), no exceptions were made when we informed Jonathon (front desk ) that we didn’t have pesos or dollars…we were forced to go to ATM to withdraw cash. Once we got to our room, the shower flooded the bathroom & when we asked for additional towels it was an issue additionally the air conditioning was not functioning. Unfortunately our consensus upon leaving is that this hotel is poorly managed & the pictures on site are optical illusion.

This botique has a nice location. and is very safe. The rooftop pool is nice however the cleanliness is so so and the breakfast was no options just given a plate. This is still a decent place to sleep and use for visiting the area.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in my life, after one week they kick you out when I reserved the place for longer, no warning, no hot water for the first 5 days, no sleep as well it’s very noisy, false advertisement, I came and bought the master suite with hammock, guess what? No hammock, jacuzzi was cold, jacuzzi jets not working, staff is rude to you, the maids even yell at you, staff rolled their eyes at me, did not make me feel welcomed at all for my birthday trip, this was special and they made it a nightmare, I was even crying on my birthday because of how they treated me, the cold showers were not what I expected, electricity goes out, no WiFi, no ac for hours, dirty floors and moldy showers, I really wanted to have a good time for my birthday but they ruined it, they are mean and rude and I wish what I experienced never happens to others, I was very very disappointed and very sad and will never recommend this place to anyone ever in my life

I really like the hotel, it's a bit in need of repair and refresh especially the roof top pool area. But it wouldn't prevent me from staying there again. Personal is lovely its located in a good area. Loved it

The place needs to be updated for sure. It’s nice because it’s right around the corner from the strip and walking distance of all the restaurants. We got our room upgraded when we got there but it wasn’t great. As soon as we walked in the room the smell of sewage pipes hits you. The curtains were torn lots of holes. The rain shower head most def needs to be changed. The water spits out everywhere but straight down. The tube in the room did not hold the water so a useless “hot tube” in the room. The bartender Danny was great super friendly very talkative! The whats up app is useless they take forever to answer to a message. This was my second time staying here and I def wouldn’t stay here again.

Let me preface by saying despite all the things that went wrong with the room, the staff at the front desk like Ros and the others were great and friendly and tried to do everything they could to help. The upper management however was lacking. I've never taken the time to write a review on a place but this was a sitcom level debacle - So here's what happened - I entered the beautiful room only to find a condom wrapper (yep, you read that right) on the floor by the bed, they did not have an equivalent room to stay in that night so I was offered a free Americano or Continental breakfast during my stay which I only used once because it was supposed to start at 8 am but in reality the kitchen only opened at 9:30 then there was no hot water in the room so I waited for that to be fixed, then there was no water pressure to fill the jacuzzi tub that is the highlight of the room so I waited for a maintenance guy to fix that and he told me apparently my room was literally the ONLY one with this issue, but at this point the hotel was full so I could not be moved rooms until the 3rd night THEN the safe died with my stuff inside so I waited for someone to open and replace the safe... finally I moved to an equivalent room on the third night (was only there for four nights). When asked for refund I was refused by management saying "we moved you rooms, you got breakfast". Not a great policy considering this was not just one thing. At least the staff were great.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hot water situation could be better. I had a six day stay: two days the water was cold, two days it was luke warm, and the last two days it was much better, but not hot. The lights were off in the first floor hallway. Even though I reported it on the first night, they were never fixed. I also asked and was granted a room change due to a mold smell in my room.
