It was very nice hotel. Great pools good service at bars. the buffet was good. We enjoyed the a la carte meals but also found a lot of the same food was at the buffet. i.e we went for sushi and it was mediocre so we didn't finish it went to the buffet after and saw the same sushi But .it was more about getting served in a quiter environmentb

Pools around the buildings are great. Bars in the swimming pools are nice but busy with drunk people and staff serve first people who show a tip

Wonderful grounds with lots of animals on property including monkeys, coatis,deer, alligators and iguanas. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Great nightly shows. Many pools to choose in from. Our room opened up into the pool, which really added to the experience.very friendly and helpful staff.

This resort is great if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. Everyone was amazing, kind, and attentive to our every need. We enjoyed everything in the resort; the pools, beach, restaurants, spa, theater and shows. Could not have asked for a better vacation!

Everything in the property was great. My only concern was that the bed was really uncomfortable and the tv was out dated and barely had any channels. Everything else was 5 star.
