Plenty of food options. Fun evening entertainment. Up-sale can be pushy, but just tell them no. Easy day trip to Cozumel via ferry. Overall a great time.

We enjoyed 7 days at Hilton. It was calm and relaxing in spite of being very full. Rarely did we have to wait for anything and the food was generally good to excellent!

The staff and hotel ground were fantastic, but he food was extremely subpar. Lots of odd tasting questionable food. Its was ok as there were a ton of great food options within very short walking distance! Overall good price for what your getting. Beautiful pools and easy access to the beach. Staff were always kind and engaged with hotel guests.

The hotel is outdated, although the staff are friendly. The food is quite terrible in both quality and taste, so we ended up dining at nearby restaurants instead. We’ve stayed in the area before and found much nicer options. The only positive aspect is its proximity to the town center, which makes it easy to leave the hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing and the property was beautiful! Our room was beautiful and they even sent a champagne and cake for my birthday! However, the food was disappointing and having to pay $110.00 a cabana at the pool for one day was ridiculous, you had to be dressed and dry to eat anywhere so it was a bit of a hassle to enjoy a day at the pool without having to dry out and cover up if you wanted food. Also, the buffet not being open for dinner was upsetting. I loved that room service was available 24hours a day but all the other food places and bars closing by 11pm was disappointing when you’re on vacation paying for an all inclusive experience. I will say that the staff was beyond amazing and absolutely did everything within their power to make our experience wonderful!

We stayed at your resort February16-25,2025. Overall, an excellent resort! The facilities were very well kept and the nightly entertainment was excellent. The variety of restaurants were good and the food was wonderful. Noteworthy staff were food service workers named Manuel, Antonio and Lenin. Diana Salamanca went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend this resort. One suggestion would be to have more organized transportation to and from Cancun airport to the resort. One additional comment, we loved being steps away from Fifth Avenue and it’s great shopping and entertainment!

The hotel was great, the servers all work very hard. Spice restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. We got to know lucas, roberto, jose and javier very well. The buffet isn't open during the evening. Daniel was wonderful serving drinks around the big pool.
