There’s more cons, I ran out of room to type):

BAD BAD BAD. Will not return. Cons: The property was extremely confusing to navigate, was told no maps at check in. Got lost each time going to lobby from my room. Air conditioning in the room was bad, the mosquitos bit us all night. The beach was rocky, small, not swimmable. All the pools were cold. We were told to leave a roof pool 10 mins after arriving, apparently “it’s for ocean view guests only” not garden. Anytime we asked for help.. directions were not clear, staff hard to find. Many no english. Alot of times we were given wrong information. There was TOO much walking. Trying to “figure which way to go” all day got annoying. Took me 2 hours of exploring to find a bar. Before arrival, was told the hydro baths were free at the spa & massage starts at $280 USD. We go to the spa for the hydro baths (jacuzzi), was then told it was $70 USD each for the baths. We paid because all pools on property were cold. We get to the jacuzzi, its cold! They say its broken & to hold tight they will fix it. 30 mins. later no update, they offer refund we accept then leave. EVENTUALLY got room service, I called to ask if I can put dirty dishes outside of door, was told “yes we come now” 8 am the next morning, plates still there & animals had gotten to them. There was food all over the floor. We assumed since the maids were cleaning adjacent room they would get them soon. We cleaned the mess, went to breakfast, returned… The plates were still there 4 hours later. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The property is beautiful. We found getting around the property a bit challenging, although there are signs they often lead to dead ends. The staff is not exactly the most friendly compared to other resorts, not helpful unless sought out. Concierge, bell, front desk, spa, etc they were all oddly not friendly. The staff was very cold. Although catina workers were quite nice.Make dinner reservations far in advance or you will be eating in the catina, which is great, but we never got to break out our dinner clothes once. No light snacks around pools, so must leave to grab a bite to eat. The rooms were wonderful, the resort is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, I would go back with less expectations of feeling like a welcomed guest. But just to enjoy the resort on my own with no staff support.

For the price, I recommended for people who will take advantage of all parks. If you are not into extreme experiences, it might not be not be the best choice. However, it is the best hotel I had stayed.
