Great staff. Probably the best all inclusive I have been to. Very clean, so much to do. Be cautious of your checkout fees. Attempted to charge us 520 dollars for a soiled comforter which we know absolutely was not dirty or changed the entire trip. They were super helpful and took the charge off for us although the experience of having to do so was a bummer way to wrap up our experience.

Outstanding service! From the beginning to the end. We had an amazing trip thanks to the wonderful staff and great hotel accommodations. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The parks were amazing and the all around vibe had us wanting to stay longer. Be warned the hotel is huge, which leads to aot of walking. On one of the park days my wife sustained a small sprain and on the way back to our room Osvaldo noticed us. He assited my wife to a place to sit and called a medic to help. Both the medic and Osvaldo were extremely caring and kind. We want to give them a huge thank for going above and beyond. It really helped us enjoy the rest of our time there.
