Everything was excellent. Service was great as was the food. Nothing bad to say. The only thing that could be improved is the evening shows/entertainment. Also would love to hear Mexican music especially in the pool area. We would stay here again.

Property is really nice, and service, in most parts of the resort, was excellent. The property is very clean, with the exception of the pools. The pools smelled like pee, it was horrible. just passing by you could smell it. We only used the volleyball pool and the ocean because all others smelled horrible. Some bartenders at the pool bar only help you if they see money in your hands. If it is not visible, you will be the last person to get a drink even though you tip. The rooms are very spacious and clean, but if you are looking to sleep in even one day, I will tell you it is IMPOSSIBLE. Between roomservice and cleaning services you will never sleep. Around 5 and 6 am you hear the roomservice carts, and around 630am cleaning services start their cleaning rounds, but they are yelling at each other acrosss the halls, but they do an amazing job! Recommend ear plugs. With that said, the hotel is really nice, food is good, and service at the restaurants is EXCELLENT. I would stay here again, but i will bring earplugs and not go into the pools.

Beautiful resort with great beach, exceptionally clean, and great staff and service. Only complaints are the smell of burnt oil in the restaurants that penetrates clothing and hair. And music is played in the courtyard every night until 1130 so if you're not a night owl you might want to book on the outside
