Great location, great suite with personal pool access. Parking was not easily accessible but there was a parking lot the next street up. Nightlife is busy so if you are wanting to see early it is very difficult.

Great location, very walkable to great restaurants and beach. Major issue was housekeeping came once on the second day of a 6 night stay. Troubles with garbage piling up ( was a kitchen suite we good garbage) and consistently damp towels etc. We did ask twice and were told they’d come but never did. Took our own garbage out to the hall where it sat for two days until we left. Beds and couch rather hard and uncomfortable but rest of room and pool area was nice

Great location good side of the home needs more linen and kitchen supplies. We were unable to cook anything because there wasn’t enough kitchen ware. Toilet flooded.the pools need maintenance and painting (upkeep) otherwise great location

The property is in a great area, but it was dirty all hallway , and it was not a Hotel, there are apartments for rent and the kitchen was not fully, the first day I told the receptionist that was dirty and the Pool was not good , but never seen someone cleaning

Absolutely loved it! The room was amazing. Agree that the pool area could use a bit of a facelift but is still very enjoyable. If we go back to Playa del Carmen, this will be our hotel of choice. We may go back just to stay there again.

Check in at 3 but took almost a hour to get checked in then room still wasn’t ready said it was just missing towels which they never brought and would be ready in 20 more mins. Trying to reach front desk wasn’t easy nothing left in room about Wi-Fi or how to connect with the property about any issues good thing we had our own towels. Pool area/hotel definitely needs some updates. I won’t be staying again.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Hotel was dirty, had many issue with figuring out the key to the door, the front desk guy had no idea we where coming and kept saying he didn’t see any reservation. Overall awful experience. Never again

The unit itself was very nice and spacious. The rooftop pool was a great luxury but could definitely use some attention. I feel they have suffered from covid but have tons of potential. Front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Great service! The rooms are big. Everything is walking distance. Lots of restaurants around and the beach is two blocks away from the hotel.

The location is great for handing out in Playa Del Carmen. I could see the strip from our bedroom and living room. We had a bit of an issue with our shower but they came and fixed it right away. The hardest part was the parking. The hotel is on the main strip and cars are not allowed most of the day. The hotel did their best but if you have a car it can be a bit difficult.
