Early check in was nice but sofa bed was rough

Check in was good. It was a nice option to check in a little early. Bummed my preferance of a top floor corner wasn't met but tried to balance it out with checking in early. Pool was not lit so not spa or swimming after dark was a disappointment. Fold out sofa bed was incredibily uncomfortable and didn't know where extra bedding was stored in room. Check out was unclear if keys were ok to leave in room or required to be turned in.

The staff were very friendly and made sure that everything met your expectations. Joseph was especially helpful as was one of the afternoon/ evening mangers. We stayed for 6 days. Pretty good breakfast selection but I wished they had more fruit offerings for breakfast would ve my recommendations.

Quick one night stay. Found everything clean and good. They sofa in the room we stayed in should be replaced. Difficult to get out of after sitting on it. Would go back for another stay sometime.
