Outside tables and seating were dirty, shower showed definite signs of age, hot tub was not working, restaurant was not open, road construction 8 am to 10 pm was the final straw. Staff was helpful and accommodating - credited the night the road crew made noise until 10 pm.

For the second time, the room we reserved was not available when we arrived. The staff attempted to give us another room on the second floor but I refused. We travel with a service animal and always request a first floor room. Eventually they found a room and cleaners to ready it for us. We arrived at 4pm and weren't able to settle into our room until after 5pm. This happened the last time we stayed at this hotel. We no longer will book at Four Points. We had problems with our room key as well.

My stay here was terrible. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly — it would work for a short time and then completely stop. I asked for a room by the pool, which was available, but I was given a room nowhere near it. On top of that, I paid for breakfast but never received any. The café was closed during my stay, yet I was still charged for breakfast that was never offered. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. I expected basic comfort and honesty in billing, but this hotel failed on both. I would not recommend staying here unless they fix their maintenance issues and start treating guests fairly.

Unfortunately there was cleanliness issues around the hot tub IE: bandaid and hair. With that said, Typically this is our favorite pool/hot tub of all the paces wr stay. Need to tighten up on housekeeping.
