We propose to you to the rent, in PlĂ©neuf-Val-AndrĂ©, this charming apartment within a haven of peace, profiting from a splendid sea view, in 300 meters of the beach, of a surface of 37 m ÂČ and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 16 mÂČ, an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 mÂČ with TV, Wifi, sofa bed and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...

Le Vent Marin "It was a great place and couldn't have been a better location. 🙂 Amazing location and view of the water. Short walk to the beach and promenade. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes etc. Easy communication with manager via Whatsapp. 🙁 No instructions on how to use appliances and not easily figured out not speaking French. Having to pay for bed sheets and towels extra and having the bed sheets just sitting on the bed to have to make it myself. Maybe there's a reason?? No real advance notice that the key to be picked up is at a different location. I found out 2 days prior. Not coming by car could have been a problem. Advance communication with management company was always in French until I asked for them to resend in English."
