Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm, 2 single beds), bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Shared tumble dryer. Courtyard (60 m²), lawn and flower beds (500 m²). Indoor swimming pool heated to 28° common to 4 gîtes: depth 1.4m (9.5m x 4.9) open all year. Located in a group of 3 adjoining gîtes, it has its own entrance. 200 m from the owners' farm who can show you the sheep farm and the mini-farm with Chinese pigs, dwarf goats, a donkey and horses. When you return from your walks, you will appreciate this gîte which combines the charm of old beams with modern comfort. 4 km from small sandy and pebble beaches and 15 km from Trestel fine sand beach. Come and recharge your batteries far from all the urban hustle and bustle. Disconnect from the urban bustle with this cottage in the countryside and its covered and heated swimming pool all year round.
