The Villa de la Grève Blanche is located 200 meters from a fine white sand beach.
This very large house, with over 200m² of living space, can accommodate up to 8 people + 1 baby. The entire property is yours to enjoy.
The very large swimming pool (not shared) is a lap pool measuring 12m x 3m (rare in rental properties). You can easily swim long lengths.
It is heated to 28°C. It faces south and is heated from May to the end of September. For children's safety, there is an electric curtain (NF).
In a storage room, you will find pool toys.
It is surrounded by a wooden deck.
At your disposal are 2 garden furniture sets and 1 electric awning to protect you from the sun when dining outdoors.
A 2,500m² enclosed garden will accommodate both young and old for a game of soccer or volleyball. It has 4 bedrooms:
On the ground floor:
No. 1: a bedroom with a king-size bed (160cm),
No. 2: a bedroom with two single beds (0.90cm) with a walk-in closet and garden view.
UPSTAIR:
No. 3: a bedroom with a king-size electric bed (160cm) + 1 TV
No. 4: a bedroom with a king-size electric bed (180cm) + 1 TV.
This magnificent bedroom opens onto an outdoor wooden terrace with panoramic sea views. You can see the boats offshore.

A newly fitted and equipped kitchen (new for 2022). A living room with a TV and a fireplace (wood provided)

A winter garden with 3 deckchairs and numerous books
