Gîte de construction très récente, vaste et très bien équipé ; mobilier très fonctionnel, équipement cuisine et laverie quasi neuf; 4 chambres pouvant accueillir 6 personnes (2 x 2 et 2 x 1); très bien situé dans un environnement calme pour les adeptes du surf (plage à 5 minutes en voiture) ainsi que pour la découverte des alentours (Plouharnel, Carnac, Auray, Quiberon, Belle-Île-en-Mer). Contrairement à ce que l'on voir sur la photo, la végétation devant la maison a bien poussé, faisant de la terrasse un endroit très privatif, mi-ombre mi-soleil, où il fait bon prendre ses repas.
