Outside: Private courtyard of 40 m², terrace of 35 m² at the back of a 200 m² plot of land currently being laid to grass. Parking in the courtyard or on the car park at the entrance to the property. Independent gîte, close to 3 other gîtes. In the countryside, in a dead end leading to the property, this pretty building, comfortably renovated with its contemporary layout, welcomes you all year round for weekly stays or for a few nights. For moments of pure relaxation, you will enjoy a 5-seater SPA and an infrared sauna: even bathrobes are provided! It's difficult to leave this setting, but the Côte de Goëlo has some pretty curiosities in store for you to discover: the charming Casino beach in St Quay Portrieux (2.8 km) with all its water activities (windsurfing, beach volleyball, carousel, mini golf. ..), a stroll along the fishing and marina ports is a must. 4.7 km from Binic, pretty seaside resort with Banche beach at the entrance to the resort, facing the quays. 22 km from St-Brieuc.
