If you are looking for peace and nature while being close to the beach, and if you fancy a holiday to unwind, this house in the quiet countryside of Haut Pays Bigouden is perfect for you.

Renovated in part of an old farmhouse, its decoration combines the charm of beams and stone in a cheerful and colourful atmosphere.

Upon entering the large living space, the dynamic colours of the kitchen invite you to get cooking to prepare some delicious dishes. For this, you will find a gas hob, an oven, a refrigerator and a freezer. Don't fancy doing the washing up? Great, a dishwasher is also available. For breakfast, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a toaster are at your disposal. To savour the fruits of your kitchen labour, you can sit around the large wooden dining table.

At the back of the room, the lounge area welcomes you for your moments of relaxation. Without television or Wi-Fi, it's ideal for disconnecting.

The bathroom, with its bathtub and shower, is also located on the ground floor, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a landing that serves three bedrooms and will certainly serve as a play space, drawing area or craft activities space thanks to its large desk. The first bedroom has a double bed and storage space under the sloped ceiling. The second consists of two single beds, and its decoration will surely delight the youngest. Set slightly apart, a third bedroom, with a little less headroom, offers one last double bed. The upstairs also has a separate toilet.

To enjoy the outdoors, a vast unfenced garden and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue await you.

For added comfort, you can park two vehicles on the plot and use the washing machine and tumble dryer. The wood-burning stove is available outside the season, wood provided.

Note that the heating system is a thermal mass wood-burning stove, which heats all rooms perfectly.
