Great room and easy access to Plymouth

Room was very clean, quiet and updated. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival, offering recommendations and helping to make this a perfect base for my first visit to Plymouth. Very walkable from the train station and then easy access to The Box museum, shopping and dining options in The Barbican and surrounding neighbourhoods.

Great stay at Leonardo Plymouth

The room was a little small for four of us, but it was clean, and every one found a spot for there bag. We were out most of the day. It was perfect as when we got back all we did was sleep and watch a bit of TV. Value for money it was great value, and the staff at the hotel were super helpful.

First of all we stay at Leonardo hotels all the time ! Couldn’t order room service and pay at the bedroom door by card had to go down and add a card to order Bedroom was absolutely freezing adjust the heating settings which did nothing and when I said freezing I slept fully dressed in a hoody as well Bed was so uncomfortable and hard and as for the pillions a brink would have been better ! Bathroom really out dated compared to their other hotels

Leo stay

Great stay as always, the shower heat control though is broken (room 303) and I forgot to say when I checked out, the cover on the control is loose and falls off so you have no way to tell hot/cold
