The staff was very nice but our room was quite dirty. The freezer was fully packed with ice so we weren’t able to use it. It looked like coffee had spilled all down the wall behind the desk that was missed. There were still soap marks from the bar used in the shower. When we spoke with the front desk they did have the housekeeper address the issues immediately and gave us a different room.

Friendly staff and near the freeway. Room was somewhat updated and lobby is fairly clean but hotel overall is old and dingey. Noisy is the ice machines were broken down and frequent trash laying around in the side entrances and stairways. Overall a bit dingey

Key didn't work. Toilet in room was broken. Clock in room was wrong. Said 6:20 am when it was actually 7am. Bathroom shower and tub old and kinda stained. Breakfast very limited.

I have stayed here before but apparently it has been longer than I thought. This place is very run down almost to the point of either a massive overhaul or just pushed to the ground. Very sad was once a very high end but no more!

My room was not clean. The bathroom very dirty - moldy shower curtain, dirty tub, water spots and grime on the shower walls, previous occupants fake eye lashes on the floor. The breakfast options were poor - not even cream cheese for the bagels. They left out a bowl of butter that looked lumpy.
