BEAR CREEK INN

Welcome to BEAR CREEK INN. A Four Bedroom Contemporary home for 8 guests in the gated, amenity filled community of Arrowhead Lake. The house has an eat-in kitchen with eating bar, a ½ bathroom with laundry room, 1 bedroom on the first floor and living room with a beautiful freestanding wood burning stove on the first floor. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a loft bedroom and full bathroom with skylight and Jacuzzi bathtub .The home sits on a double lot with a private wooded backyard. The house has an open kitchen with pots and pans and utensils, a microwave and a refrigerator and living room with a smart TV ( Netflix, Amazon, YOUTUBE….) We have freeWIFI for our GUESTS.
On the DECK outside we have a gas BBQ gill (Propane is provided), a gas fire pit and patio conversation set to enjoy the outdoor with your friends and family.
We provide: Bath towels, linens, pillows, soap, shampoo, body wash, lotion, hair drier, coffee, tea, Creamer and spices. We supply 1 roll of paper towel and 2rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We also supply only one log for wood stove that log will last for 3 hours ( just for welcoming entertainment) . If its cold in the house we have thermostats in the house that you can turn up to whatever temperature you would like. Important things to note;

WE ARE NOT A LAKE FRONT PROPERTY AND WE DON’T HAVE A PRIVATE POOL

You can buy a fishing license from Arrowhead community association when you check in or anytime during your stay.
If your Interested in renting boats, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, bicycles etc. The (RENTAL SHACK IS OPEN DAILY THEY ACCSEPT CASH ONLY)
For amenities in the community you need to buy the wristband for the amenities.
Arrowhead lake Community is a private and gated lake community. The community offers 2 large lakes, 4 beaches, 3 Heated Swimming Pools, 5 Tennis Courts, 5 Boat Launches, 2 sets of basketball courts, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, bocce ball and A Community lodge with Fitness A Room, billiards room, banquet room and library. There are picnic facilities at all of the pools and beaches with tables and grills
The Community association charges a fee of 20$ for renter registration form along with 15$ per car for gate passes for the entire stay. Please note that in order this gated community all forms need to be submit 48 hours before arriving. ( we will send all the instructions after you book your stay).The lake association requires all rentals purchase an 4$per day per guest or 40$ per week per guest amenity wristband for all guests 12 and over.
