Relax with the family at our quaint & peaceful home in the private gated community of Arrowhead Lake. This one level ranch style home has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and plenty of space to gather & eat both inside and out! Come enjoy the highly rated & sought after Arrowhead Lake Community and the thrill of summer living here; with 4 beaches, 3 outdoor pools, and many more amenities!

Make a splash in Arrowhead Lake, take a dip into one of the 3 heated outdoor community pools (open seasonally), or venture to any of the many great Pocono attractions! After a day of fun, come back and relax at our newly renovated home away from home tastefully designed & decorated with our guest's comfort in mind. Spend the evening on the fully furnished deck or make s'mores well into the night around the firepit!

INDOOR LIVING: 4 Smart TVs (1 in every room), electric baseboard heat, dining table with seating for 4, young children's toys, games for the whole family, books, and a washer/dryer.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking basics, microwave, Keurig (limited k-cups provided), industrial coffee maker, toaster, blender and more.
GENERAL: Free WiFi, complimentary toiletries, towels/linens, Pack N' Play, and highchair.
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles)
PETS: We allow 1 dog 25lbs and under with one-time pet fee

The Arrowhead Lakes community is conveniently located near 940, 115, the PA Turnpike. It makes for a great stay year-round as it is filled with its own amenities within a close drive to much more!

A temporary Membership Fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants aged 6 and over.

$6 per person per day
Gate Card Fee=$20 per vehicle.
Administration Fee: =$35

*Same fees (day pass/gate card) apply to any day guests you may have. They must be included in registration information.*

Upon arrival, you will have to go to the main gate/welcome center to obtain your gate cards and wristbands. They are open 24/7.

We will request your registration information upon booking, please send required information in a timely manner. We will register you, send you the confirmation & receipt, then charge your account for your temporary membership fees. Registrations must be completed no later than 3 days before arrival. If not completed on time the community will not grant you access, therefore you will forfeit your stay without refund.

In Season/Summer Season (May 15 - Sept. 15): $8.50 per person per day, $42.50 a week

Off Season/Winter Season (Sept 16 - May 14): $2 per person per day

Transaction Fee: =$20
Late Processing Fee: $100 for payment that is received less than 3 days prior to arrival or if registration information is not submitted on time.
