This lovely holiday home in the beautiful countryside around Rieti, 1.3 km from Poggio Mirteto and 2.5 km from Poggio Catino, is situated in a panoramic position on the grounds of a farm. In addition to fruit trees, palm trees and hazelnuts, the owners also produce a distinctive extra virgin olive oil, Olio extra vergine doliva . Rome can be reached in just one hour by car or easily by train, there is a small railway station just 10 minutes by car from the accommodation. It is an ideal starting point for visiting northern Lazio, the ancient region of Tuscany with Viterbo (71 km) or nearby Umbria (Orvieto 87 km, Narni 50 km). The house is situated in the grounds of the estate but with its own gate and private entrance, thus offering total privacy. A garden with olive and fruit trees surrounds the house. There is a pool with pink Himalayan salt water, which offers a Jacuzzi function over the entire surface. There is also a patio equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture with views over the hills and the pool below.
