Stage 1 - Point Lonsdale

This well-designed home includes a spacious open plan living zone with large sliding doors which open out to the wrap around deck perfect for entertaining, with BBQ and outdoor setting.

The well-equipped kitchen has been configured for effortless entertaining with a large dining table for 10. The two bedrooms, offer a master with queen bed and modern ensuite with the second bedroom providing a single bed as well as a tri-bunk with double on the bottom and single on the top. The second bedroom is serviced by a main bathroom including a bath. Everything has been considered here with a working from home space available in the living area and master bedroom with Wifi -NBN 52/20 - Fibre to the home, as well as a European style laundry for those longer stay.

You will relax in comfort year round with an open wood fire place and underfloor hydronic heating to keep you warm in the cooler months as well as ducted refrigerated air conditioning for summer.

Summer evenings can be enjoyed in the secure yard with large front garden with a native landscape and trampoline out the back for the kids. Use the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach which is only 5-minute walk away.

Please note: Linen and towels are not provided but can be hired for an additional fee.

Not worth the cost.

For the amount charged bedding and towels should be supplied.Bathrooms were clean however the kitchen was not. All appliances need a good wipe over as very grubby.The dining table chairs are filthy with food stains. The windows and doors very dirty with smears and handprints, bedside tables also not wiped down. No shower gel/shampoo etc supplied and empty hand soap pumps. It feels like someones holiday home that they occasionally rent out without much thought. When reading the guide i noted the threats of extra charges and rules about wiping out thr fridge, unstacking the dishwasher etc.- not at all welcoming. Very dissapointing in general.
