contemporary home 6 min walk to the beach, boardwalk and Jenkinsons south pavilion. Jenkinsons provides shuttle service from Jenkinsons south pavilion to Jenkinsons, the Aquarium and rides. Parking for 9-10 cars. Secluded yard with a heated inground pool and hot tub. There are 5 bedrooms with a total of 2 queen, 6 full and 2 twin. home has 2 zone air conditioning and has two large flat screen televisions as well as internet. Bedding, fresh sheets are delivered to the door upon your arrival. Comforters and pillows are included as well. Ring cameras as well an as an echo display are provided so you can keep an eye on the little ones or you can turn it off . Jenkinsons is within walking distance of the house and a short walk to a variety of restaurants. There is a spacious living room with cathedral ceilings and a large flat screen TV. Private fenced in yard with an inground pool and hot tub. Short walking distance to the Patio bar, Lobster Shanty, Reds Lobster pot, Shrimp box, broadway bar and grill all of which are no more then a 5-10 minute walk.

Perfect Location
Mr. Higgins the owner of this house was hospitable and friendly . He texted to ask if it would be-any help to us if he stayed at the house to give us a tour . He explained all details of pool and hot tub , he could not have been nicer . Location was perfect within walking distance of 4 very nice restaurants and the beach-boardwalk. There were no surprises the pictures posted truly represent the actual home . Mr. Keller not Higgins 😩

Property is a one stop vacation. Close to beach, and restaurants. House has pool and hot tub (even a firepit for a cool evening). 7 adults and two under age 4 toddlers had a great vacation. Will be back!

House has a lot to offer!
Overall the location can not be beat. Close to the boardwalk, beach, inlet bar, resturants, etc...The house itself is large and is set up for large groups. Including washer dryer, grill, and the pool/hot tub combo was really good. The AC was new and kept the house very cool. The house was also clean and would be ideal for large groups who are on the go and out enjoying the surroundings

Great house!
Great house, great location! We had a large group and if we could, we would have stayed longer! The pool heated pretty fast, which was great for the little (and big) ones. Lots of pots and pans, big enough for a large group like ours, worked wonders when cooking. Bathrooms were spotless!!! We will definitely be coming back!

Nice space for a family trip
The house matches the pictures. It was clean and new linens provided at check in. The pool and hot tub was clean and worked. The house had plenty of space for 7 adults , 2 babies and 2 dogs. Great location close to plenty of restaurants and easy walk to the boardwalk. Our family had a great time and would go back again.

We enjoyed our two night stay very much. The rental was very clean and well-kept. We especially enjoyed all the amenities that were included. We look forward to renting again in the future.

Rental has potential
We were the first renters of the season and the house was not ready. Among other things there were screws and nails strewn across the parking and pool areas. The refrigerator leaked, and we were unable to use the stove for the first few days of our forcing us to do more takeout then we planned and in a pinch used the grill in the back yard as a stovetop. The pool filter was not turned on which causing the pool to be dirty by the end of the week. The outlets did not have outlet covers on them upon arrival. While Ronnie and his friend Niko did try to make the stay more comfortable, it was quite intrusive to have them at the rental several times every day. At the beginning of the week Ronnie apologized profusely for the inconveniences, and said he would offer us a refund that we deemed fair, in the end he refused to negotiate any refund at all. One item that was not part of the renovations, but should have been, was that the railing on the stairs leading to the 2nd floor had spindles about 12inches apart making it a hazard for small children, and certainly not up to building code. Hopefully this has been fixed since.

The location was perfect, the rooms were spacious and the house was immaculate. The kitchen was my favorite part with more than enough of everything. Definitely exceeded expectations. Looking forward to returning next summer!

Great Getaway
We had an excellent week at Point Bleasant Beach. The house has a well stocked kitchen that opens up into a very spacious dining and living room area. Plenty of room in all bedrooms to accomodate guests. Walking distance to many excellent restaurants and a very short drive to downtown where there were shops and antique stores. Ronnie was a excellent host he checked in with us mid week to see if we needed anything. There is an impressive dry bar in the master bedroom for beverages to be seperate from other guests if you want. I highly recommend renting this house. Thank you Ronnie!
