The location is fantastic- beachfront, walk to the boardwalk but enough distance from it that it doesn’t feel chaotic. Check in wasn’t great because we never got a text that the room was ready! Lucinda was one of the nicest and helpful staff members I’ve encountered- The pools are very nice -3 of them plus a small kid pool. Some tlc needed on screen doors and bathroom fans, etc. but pretty nice for the Jersey shore overall.

The girl at the front desk was unbelievable I have not had such good customer service in years. I hope she is recognized for her exceptional work. She had blonde hair I’m sorry if didnt get her name her positive attitude and attention to detail was so appreciated.

Very disappointed with the overall experience. The location is great but that’s about it. Room was musty and we woke up the first morning to no hot water. I’m glad we only stayed two nights. Lesson learned… don’t be drawn in by Resort & Spa label.

While the location is ideal, the hotel is in desperate need of a complete rennovation if they are going to charge the rates they are charging. The room was beyond filthy, old and run down. No hot water, walking around barefoot was a risk beyond health concerns, and nothing worked (TV, AC, MICROWAVE, COFFEE) until we called for a maintenance person (who was great). Think twice before spending your money at this very old dated property.
