(Sleeps 6 guest comfortably to Max 8 guests including children).
Total of 1600 sq feet with 300 sq ft outside deck.
Can rented as a duplex (size 2200 sq.ft + 300 roof decks and outside garden level patios) by adding the Ground floor large 600 sq.ft King Ensuite that easily connects to 3 bedroom second level apartment. This suite also has an additional Kitchenette and 4th bathroom ensuite for 2 more Guests.
Duplex comfortably sleeps in total 8 adults to max 10 guests including kids.

Stephen was a great host. He was very responsive and catered to the smallest request at short notice. His property on the beach provides the perfect summer escape at Point Roberts. We had a great time.
