A short stroll to the South is a well-stocked general store and a short walk in the opposite direction you're at the jetty. Adjacent is the Tavern-on-Turton restaurant, lounge bar and bottle shop. But you are no doubt holidaying at Turton for the water and beach activities. You won't be disappointed; the old swimming centre is just a 4-minute drive and is still a great place to relax on the beach with family.
