Wonderful Villa and Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in the top floor apartment. It is spacious and was very clean. It seemed larger than the impression we had from the photos, particularly the outside balcony which is lovely and private and has stunning sunset views in the evenings. The apartment is well equipped and has comfortable beds. The washing machine was useful and plenty of drying space is provided in the garden to make everything easy. You can park your car in the shade which is an advantage. The Villa is situated in a fairly rural location and It is peaceful, but with other houses and accommodation nearby so not too isolated. The owner's Father (speaks German and Croatian) lives on-site on a separate house. He is very warm, welcoming and friendly as were his family (spoke English) that were staying with him at the time. Unfortunately both our fridge and the air-conditioning were't working when we arrived (that's why I've rated 4 stars not 5). However the owner's family worked very quickly to rectify these problems. We had a new fridge the next day and a new air conditioning unit by day 4 of our holiday. the large town of Biograd na Moru is about 10 mins drive from the Villa. Where there is a shingle beach, supermarkets and a lovely marina with a good choice of restaurants. Split is about 1.5 hrs drive. We would definitely recommend this property for a great holiday! Thank you!

It’s a Yes!
Spacious and comfortable apartment, swimming pool very well kept. Hosts are caring and helpful. It’s a great place to stay! Being further from the Sea than many of those waterfront apartments makes it a better place to rest and not have neighbors in every move you make. Great for bike rides too.

Hallo zusammen , wir durften dieses zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung unterkommen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle Größe (waren insgesamt 4 Erwachsene und zwein Kinder) und eine super Ausstattung. Die Anlage ist super groß und hat alles was für eine Familie wichtig ist. Einen tollen Pool, zwei Schaukeln, ein großes Trampolin und eine Tischtennisplatte. Besonders der Pool hat es uns angetan. Die Fewo ist absolut zu empfehlen. Viele Grüße Thorsten

Maison agréable, bien équipée pour se reposer (piscine, tennis de table, trampoline, barbecue)
Maison utilisée pour 2 locations de vacances (RdC et 1er étage). 1er étage idéal pour 4 avec 2 grandes chambres (+ canapé-lit dans salon). Maison bien située pour rayonner dans la région (Zadar, Krka, Split, Kornati, Plivitce, ...).

Belle maison, magnifique piscine et très calme
Nous avons logé au premier étage de cette belle maison. Tout était nickel avec le confort nécessaire pour dormir, manger, se laver et se relaxer. La piscine est magnifique et les alentours sont très calmes. Le propriétaire loge également sur place et l'autre appartement disponible était occupé par ses enfants. A proximité de Zadar et Biograd, il était facile d'aller au restaurant ou de faire des courses. Pour nous qui aimons visiter, la maison était bien placée pour se rendre aux principaux sites situés dans un rayon de 100km. A recommander!!! (Attention: le propriétaire sur place parle allemand ou croate mais pas l'anglais)

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir (2 Familien) haben beide Wohnungen für eine Woche über Pfingsten gemietet. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnungen sind toll. Die Terrassen sind sehr großzügig. Der Pool hat uns allen besonders gefallen. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde fleißig bespielt. Ludwig der Gastgeben war wirklich super - wir haben uns immer gut unterhalten. Kakma ist ein kleiner Ort aber nicht weit von Biograd und auch sonst zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.
