A localizacao é excelente, perto da praia, de restaurantes, bem no centrinho. O quarto e espacoso, banheiro muito bom e novo. Nesses quesitos é tudo otimo. Porem alguns aspectos achei que precisam melhorar: a limpeza do quarto e a comunicacao com a proprietaria. Nada que atrapalhasse a estadia, porem na minha opiniao ha necessidade de maior capricho na limpeza e no atendimento ao hóspede.
