Contemporary family villa with (optional heated) private pool, garden and BBQ area for a peaceful getaway on the beautiful Cyprus coast.

This delightful 3 bedroom detached villa is located in a quiet exclusive development sitting perfectly between Polis and Latchi Marina, two of the most sought - after areas in Cyprus.

The downstairs accommodation comprises an airy open plan lounge featuring a fireplace. There is also a well equipped kitchen /diner and conveniently located WC.
Upstairs are 3 double sized bedrooms, 2 of which with balconies to enjoy mountain and sea views. A cot and/or highchair is available on request at no extra charge. There is also a family bathroom with a walk in shower unit.

The villa features its own private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers set in a large partly covered patio which circles the property, together with a shady peaceful garden area with high fencing to ensure extra privacy. There are also BBQ and outdoor dinning facilities and an outdoor shower unit.

The blue flag local beach is only 10 min gentle walk.

There is a supermarket 30m from the villa to supply all catering requirements for a comfortable family holiday.
The town of Polis with banks, restaurants and other major facilities is 10 min gentle walk in one direction, while the upmarket fishing marina of Latchi is 15 min.

The villa is in a perfect location that is walkable to the beach, food kiosks, restaurants and Old Town. Natasha and Panikos were perfect hosts, providing us with a lovely welcome basket, information and maps to some of the sights and sounds close by. They were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, texted occasionally to see if we needed anything and ensured we were comfortable.We stayed for almost three months from early January to late March. While the weather didn't always cooperate, we enjoyed our visit tremendously. After renting a car, we were able to explore most of the island and can honestly say this location - Polis - was our absolute favorite because of it's natural beauty and authentic feel.

Anniversary Celebration Break

We had a very relaxing stay at Villa Harmonia Blue. Natasha and Panikos were friendly and welcoming and greeted us on our arrival giving us lots of information about the local area.The villa was comfortable and homely with a lovely pool in the garden. We would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in the Latchi area of Cyprus.

Wonderful holiday

Just returned from two weeks holiday at Villa Harmonia Blue with family. What can we say, only wonderful wonderful wonderful! Villa fantastic everything you could possibly need is supplied. Pool area and outside space are fabulous. The villa is situated in a perfect location between Polis and Latchi, both in easy walking distance and no need for a car. Easy access to Paphos from bus station in Polis for 2 euros which takes around 50 mins, lovely scenic journey and run every hour. The hosts Natasha and Panikos are brilliant. Communication was excellant from start of booking until we got home and they are easily contactable, nothing was too much trouble. We had a perfect family holiday and will definately be back.

Perfect villa in great location

The villa is perfect, has all you need. The pool was lovely and refreshing after hot days sunbathing. Natasha and Panikos are brilliant hosts and are friendly and informative. Thank you for the welcome and the lovely welcome pack you gave us. The area is really beautiful with old charm Polis to one side and the beach area of Latchi to the other. A lovely villa and wonderful hosts

The hosts for this villa, Panikos and Natasha were always at the end of a message to ask any questions. The villa and pool are lovely and clean and the villa has a cosy feel to it. It felt like a home rather than a holiday villa. We are hoping to return for 2 weeks rather than just the one!

Perfect Villa, Lovely Hosts

We have just returned from a delightful two week stay and to be honest we could have stayed longer and were sad to leave. Panikos gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home straight away. He also took the time to recommend local restaurants and places to visit, which we did. The Villa is well situated between Polis and Latchi – everything you need in on your doorstep with or without a car. A short walk to the local shop, Polis one way, Latchi the other. The villa has a choice of shaded areas – all of which we utilised, a BBQ which we enjoyed using, a lovely pool area that was clean and spacious, outdoor living at its best. Natasha and Panikos were the perfect hosts and always contactable if you have any queries. There are lots of places you can visit and stay, but few that come with such a personal touch – friendly helpful hosts, lovely locals, clean airy, spacious and well-equipped villa, with comfortable beds. Excellent!!!!!

We really enjoyed our time in Polis. The property was immense and exceeded all expectation. The local area is really nice and navigating around the several local attractions is really easy. The communication before, during and after our stay was first class and it was really nice of Panikos to meet us at the villa to greet us and go through not only the accommodation but he also spent some time with us telling us the sights to see. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay, we will see you again :-)

Harmonia Blue is a wonderful villa - very clean and kitted out very well with a lovely pool. We were warmly welcomed at Paphos airport by Panikos who is a lovely chap. He drove us (very nicely) to the villa and briefly showed us around Latchi and gave us recommendations on where to go for dinner together with places of interest etc. Although we didn't see Natasha, we were in contact several times throughout our stay and she made us a fantastic apple pie too! The hosts are so kind and helpful and we would recommend this villa 100% We hope to go back there too.

Wonderful villa & great location

We had a wonderful time- the villa is great, spacious and well-equipped with a lovely pool and outside eating areas The villa is incredibly clean and the hosts were amazing, when renting previous villas we have always just been left keys in a key box but Natasha and her husband were there to greet us (despite it being late at night) and to recommend places to go They really were incredibly caring hosts The location of the villa halfway between Polis and Latchi was perfect, just a 25 minute walk to either, or a short car journey. There are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from- and they are all really reasonably priced too We hired a car for our second week there but you could survive without one. There is also a supermarket only 100 feet from the villa We had an absolutely brilliant time and are definitely looking to book again Thank you Natasha !

We had a fantastic time staying in the villa. Both Panikos and Natasha went out of their way to ensure we were welcome and looked after - from collecting us at the airport with much appreciated bottles of water, to showing us the local area, and even taking us to the supermarket! The villa is gorgeous, immaculately clean and beautifully presented. We had a lovely relaxing family holiday, walking to the local restaurants and beaches.. Would definitely recommend to others. A Fantastic Holiday

We enjoyed a brilliant holiday at Villa Harmonia Blue. It is perfectly located between Polis and Latchi which both have a good range of restaurants. It is also a short distance from Polis and Latchi beaches where our kids loved snorkelling in the warm sea water. The villa itself is very well appointed and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool area is great - fun during the day with the kids and a lovely setting in the evening with beautiful lights to sit and relax with a drink! Panikos and Natasha were perfect hosts before, during and after our stay - making sure we had everything we needed, which we were very grateful for. Panikos provided us with some great advice and recommendations which we used during our stay. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Harmonia Blue.

Met all our expectations

Property was very clean, well equipped. Good location for local restaurants and beaches. Owners, Natasha and Panikos were very welcoming and provided useful information on the local area and places to visit and eat. In particular Petradiki Tavern which was well worth a visit. Whilst willing and offering regular support and check ins it was not intrusive allowing us to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A special mention for Chris the pool man who was very friendly on each of his visits. Would recommend this property especially for the comfortable beds which is not always the case in some other villas we have hired previously.

Beautiful villa in good location

We had a wonderful week at Villa Harmonia Blue. The villa is equipped with everything you need and is in a quiet location convenient for both Polis and Latchi. The owners are so welcoming and friendly and are very knowledgeable about the area and were keen to ensure everything was perfect for us, and it was! We were only here for a week and it was not long enough, we will definitely come for 2 weeks next time.

Lovely Villa great hosts

The hosts Natasha and Panikos greeted us even though we arrived late, and they made us feel so welcome. We had a fantastic stay with our two young boys age 5 & 8. The Villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is lovely and we chose to pay a little extra to have it heated. We also made good use of the BBQ equipment available to us as it’s such a lovely outside dining area. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at Villa Harmonia Blue!

Peace in Polis

We have just had a lovely relaxing stay at Harmonia Blue. Natasha & Panikos were lovely people and were there if you needed them but unintrusive. The location was perfect for us being a 15/20min stroll either way to Latchi or Polis for the beach, restaurants/bars and supermarket. It was very peaceful at night but Polis & Latchi were fairly lively if you wanted a bit more hubbub in the evenings. The pool area was really lovely and not overlooked and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are all a good size with the bathroom/shower and downstairs the open plan kitchen/dining/living area were very comfortable. The local people were so friendly and there is a lovely laidback feeling in this area. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We spent a wonderful week in the villa, enjoying the sun and relaxing in the well maintained property. Natasha and Panicos were great hosts, meeting us on arrival with a warm smile and making feel very welcome, especially after Thomas Cook meant we had to alter our travel arrangements. They gave us plenty of information on the property and location, I would recommend this property to everyone.

Вилла чистая, просторная, есть вся техника на кухне, много посуды, до пляжа пешком 20 минут.

Рекомендую виллу, хозяева доброжелательные, сразу решают возникшие вопросы, вилла чистая, просторная, на кухне есть все необходимое для готовки, до пляжа минут 20 пешком, продуктовый магазин рядом, большой супермаркет далеко обратно придется брать такси 10 евро, в бассеине не купались ходили на море, выдали полотенце для бассеина. Рекомендую брать машину в аренду. Есть ограничения по электричеству за перерасход придется доплачивать.

We had a fantastic time in Cyprus this villa is delightful we loved it ! Everything you need is catered for its in the perfect location 10min walk to the beach 10min walk to the village of Polis if you would like to hire a car to go exploreing ( as we did )there is a place 5mins walk away. Panikos and Natasha are very nice people and even picked us up from the airport we will certainly be returning to this lovely villa in the not too distance future Thankyou guys From Leon Katrina Ellis and Lucy
