Cala Clara Beach Apartment is an elegant and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large balcony, sea views perfectly located less than 100m from the sandy bays of Cala San Vicente. Airy, bright, air-conditioned and very well finished, this apartment is the perfect choice for all those guests who want to live an excellent holiday experience in Mallorca without having to constantly depend on a car (the beach and restaurants are within walking distance).



The apartment is located on the first floor and offers an impressive balcony with sea views to enjoy the views and a pleasant drink outdoors. The living room and kitchen, well-furnished and spacious, have large patio doors (full-size) that provide stunning views and access to the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms in total, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and 1 with 2 single beds, as well as 1 modern bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available and included in the rental price at fixed hours (2pm-4pm, 8pm-8am). Due to its unique location and elegant details, this property is a true gem that cannot be missed!



The tourist tax is included in the price.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Tolles sonniges Apartment

Wir waren wirklich geflasht, wie schön der Ausblick aufs Meer ist. Es gibt sogar mehrere Terrassen aber die Eine zum Meer ist am schönsten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt zahlreiche Handtücher. Die Sauberkeit ist top. Die Einrichtung modern reduziert,was uns sehr gut gefällt. Das Restaurant unten stört gar nicht, eher nett wenn man abends sich noch schnell einen Drink holen will. Wenn wir uns noch etwas wünschen könnten, wäre es: das man ein paar Möbelstücke ersetzen sollte, die nicht mehr ganz so fit sind und wackeln. Die Klimaanlage ist auch nicht so zuverlässig. Aber die Agentur kommt sofort, wenn was ist und hilft sehr freundlich. Alles zusammen war es so schön im Windsurf. Die Lage zum Meer und die Infrastruktur ist ist kaum zu toppen. Gerne wieder.

Sehr zentrale, große, nette Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und auch sauber und sehr zentral gelegen. Dennoch gab es ein paar Punkte abzug für einen verstopften Abfluss in der Dusche, den ich reinigen musste, da dieser mit Haaren zugesetzt war von den Vorgängern. Die Türklinken oder auch Verkleidungen waren teilweise locker oder defekt. Und das teilweise sehr abgenutzte Geschirr mussten wir nochmal vor der Benutzung richtig säubern. Die Balkone könnte man auch atraktiver gestalten. Sonst aber eine schöne, groß geschnitte, helle Wohnung.
