Can Fiol - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 10
This superb individual detached villa is located just 400m from the beach in the ‘Llenaire’ area of Puerto Pollensa. There are a number of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The villa occupies a large corner plot and offers good privacy having hedging all round the gardens to the side and rear where the swimming pool is also located. It enjoys good views of mountains and the resort.
*For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night
The air conditioning in the first floor sitting room will be present for 2026, 2027 and 2028. As of 2029, the air conditioning unit will be removed. All other air conditioning units will remain the same.
Many resorts are still developing and we have been notified that a previously dormant site located on a neighbouring plot has become active. You may experience some noise disturbance, and the work is visible from some areas of the villa grounds. Our local team will continue to monitor the work regularly and we will contact any customers where we feel their stay at the villa will be affected significantly.
