Large house with everything you need to enjoy your holidays with family and friends.The property offers a living area of approximately 130 m² and accommodates six people. The house has three bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, and has two bathrooms with a shower.The living room has a good-sized dining table to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends where they can enjoy pleasant meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has air conditioning.In the garden, you will find a pleasant covered barbecue area where you can spend great evenings with family or friends. From here, you have direct access to the large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. If you prefer the beach, it is just a 15-minute drive from the local beach.IMPORTANT:- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through WhatsApp, outside the platform.- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)- Pets: supplement of 50.00 Eur. per animal. Lovely villa with a spacious garden. Kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of pool toys that the kids enjoyed playing with. We had a problem with the air con when we arrived but it was fixed the very next day. Great, peaceful villa.

Absolutely incredible! We swam in the beautiful pool every morning and night! The living room was spacious and lovely and the bedrooms were ideal! We cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed every moment! We hope you will have us back!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Finca, ruhig und mit schönem Garten

Die Finca ist sehr schön und hat sehr moderne Bäder. An Ausstattung alles war alles was unserer Meinung nach notwendig ist vorhanden. Klimaanlagen sind nur in den Schlafzimmern montiert. Es wurde alles sehr sauber und mit neuwertigen Handtüchern übergeben. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Schön wäre eine vorherige Info, wenn die Garten- und Poolpflege durchgeführt wird. Da der nicht aktive Brunnen viele Mücken anzieht (nicht mal die ansässigen Frösche können alle Mücken auffressen) würden wir diesen im Sinne der Gäste trocken legen.

Haus mit Potenzial das leider nicht genutzt wird

Das Haus hat viel Potenzial leider wird dieses nicht genutzt. Den ersten Tag hatten wir kein Wasser. Den zweiten Tag konnten wir das Grundstück nicht verlassen, weil das Tor nicht aufging und wir nicht mit dem Auto rausfahren konnten. Wir haben die Notfallnummer gewählt jedoch ging dort niemand dran. Im Haus selber wird nichts zur Verfügung gestellt das heißt kein Öl, kein Spülmittel und auch kein Holz (um nur einiges zu nennen) für den großen Grill draußen oder den Kamin drinnen. Ein kurzer Aufenthalt lohnt sich daher nicht, da man alles zunächst von Grund auf ausstatten muss . Das Haus riecht stark nach Feuchtigkeit und die Fenster sind stark von der Feuchtigkeit beschlagen. Alleine deswegen sollte für den Kamin Holz vorhanden sein, um das Haus aufheizen zu können. Wenn mehrerer Geräte benutzt werden fliegt die Sicherung sofort raus, dadurch ist es eher schwierig größere Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Der Außenbereich ist schön und groß. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft aber nicht empfehlen
