Lleo Eleven is comfortable, beautifully furnished and right in the centre of Pollensa close to the famous Calvario steps.This delightful townhouse has been charmingly renovated to an extremely high standard, retaining many of its original features such as exposed wooden beams and stone walls. On the ground floor there is a lovely open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and an interior courtyard where there is a plunge-pool and a shaded seating area - ideal for a cool drink. There is also a separate TV/sitting room with air conditioning.Lleo 11 has three terraces, one on the ground floor with a barbecue and the plunge pool, a larger dining terrace on the first floor and a sun-drenched second floor terrace with sun loungers on the roof. The views from this terrace are stunning.There are four bedrooms on the first and second floors, 2 very large double rooms and 2 good-sized, characterful twin rooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the other two have separate bathrooms. The bedding and towels are of the highest qualityThis is very much a home from home rental property. It is extremely comfortable, exquisitely finished and centrally located. Ideal for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. Fantastic location

The property was good for us, two very good en-suite double rooms for two couples and plenty of space for us. The two twin rooms were not so good and definitely 'short straws' if there were more people. There was a good BBQ facility but no impliments whatsoever to utilise it! The washing and drying machines worked well but there were no facilities to air dry sport clothing - cycling, walking etc. - which would have been damaged in a dryer. We had to buy an airing rack and pegs to carefully dry our cycling and walking kit, hopefully that will be left there for the next guests. We enjoyed the central location and the space in the house, overall a good stay for us.
