Mallorcan country house putside of Port de Pollensa with pool and capacity for 8 guests, ideal for those who have already decided to take a few days off among the tranquility provided by rural surroundings. It is a cozy and pleasant house for families and groups of friends who wish to enjoy a vacation in a joint but independent space at the same time. Built on a 17,500m2 plot, the house has 200m2 on two floors.

The house is accessed through the large covered terrace and equipped with all the necessary furniture both to celebrate lunches and dinners as well as to rest and relax on your sofa and armchairs.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with stone walls, decorated with traditional furniture and comfortable sofas, cable TV, the kitchen (gas and electric oven) with separate pantry and laundry room, 1 bathroom and a double bedroom. From the ground floor there is access to the interior patio.

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with two single beds, a bathroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning hot / cold, wardrobes, bedside tables and reading lamps and windows.

The swimming pool, which is accessed through 9 Roman steps, has dimensions of 1.70m x 1.40m (children's area depth 1m, and total depth 1.70m) has magnificent mountain views and is equipped with sunbeds and an umbrella. In addition to the garden, the property has large green areas to enjoy and relax (it has a ping pong table).

The barbecue house is located in an independent area in the gardens and fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to celebrate barbecues inside the house or in the garden.

Port de Pollensa and the beaches are a 5-minute drive (2.8 km) away. Palma de Mallorca and the airport are located a 45-50-minute drive from the property.

September stay

Loved staying here. Teresa the host was lovely and very quick to sort any issues we had. There was a power cut one night but they did everything they could to resolve the issue (even though out of their control!) which was much appreciated. There was a fair few mosquitos but I think this is just the time of year as everyone you walked past seemed to have been bitten!
Stayed 11 nights in Sep 2023
