Gorgeous House in Pollença with Great Views

This is a beautiful villa just outside Pollensa, built and decorated with an eye for the stylish. The location is fantastic, on a wooded hillside set in mature gardens with wide, open views across the Pollensa countryside. It is easy to forget that the house is just a short drive, or an easy bike-ride, to the historic Old Town of Pollensa itself with all its cafés and shops, restaurants and galleries.
An elegant sweeping and gated driveway lined with fruit trees leads to a large parking area. From here the property is set over two further levels. Steps from the parking area lead up to a garden and the separate annex buildings.
The first part of the annex has a twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, pastel coloured walls and an en suite walk in shower room. From the bedroom two steps leads to the airy open plan, furnished lounge dining and a kitchenette area equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and other kitchen utensils. The second half of the annex has a double bedroom, a separate shower room and a lounge dining area with two comfortable sofas. There is an inter- connecting door between the two halves of the annex which can be unlocked if required.
From the annex level more steps lead up to the main house. The entrance door opens out into a bright and spacious open plan lounge dining area which enjoys fabulous views from all angles over the surrounding countryside. The walls in the lounge are decorated with beautiful paintings, property of the owner of house, who is a professional painter (please, note that the hand painted landscapes that can be seen in the pictures are not there anymore. The walls are totally white, and are decorated with the aforesaid pictures). The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a built in electric oven and microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer and washing machine, the kitchen can be separated from the lounge by a sliding door. The bedrooms share a large bathroom with sunken bath and a separate walk in shower.
Outside the main house is the raised level swimming pool with ladder entry steps at one end. From this terrace there are great views out over the countryside. Close to the pool there is another plus: a lovely sauna.
All in all, villa Llop is a gorgeous house, situated in a beautiful setting with superb views. It is the perfect place for spending long days swimming and relaxing.
