Nice and cosy villa in a beautiful and quiet rural area, very well located, within a short drive to supermarkets, the town and port of Pollença, and a wide selection of beaches.



The exterior of the house has a well-kept garden and private parking. The fairly large swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. There are two covered terraces with table and chairs, as well as a bbq area, ideal for summer lunches and dinners with friends and family.



The interior of the house, nicely decorated with traditional Mediterranean touches, consists of a pleasant and bright living/dining room, with a large table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, TV and a fireplace. The charming kitchen is white furnished and the walls are decorated with small traditional tiles, which give it a very cosy atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms, one of them is a double bedroom, and the other two are twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower inside the house, an another one also with shower outside, just near the pool. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning, one in the living/dining room, another one in the corridor, which is shared by the two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the last one on the upstairs bedroom, which also has a terrace with beautiful views. The is also internet access (WiFi) throuhout the villa.

Short break away

The property was ok, it’s quite a distance from anything and needs a little love but it worked. It’s very quite with great views. One toilet and showroom is outside and a stand alone, not an issue but a little different.

A mixture of pros and cons

We have rented villas in Spain since 2009 - 1st time in Majorca: PROS Excellent location for the local towns, very large pool (5x10m), private grounds, secure, spacious, quiet CONS X2 Downstairs bedrooms very fusty Although the listing said air con in every bedroom only the one upstairs (led to by an open staircase) had it and the 2 downstairs didn't in the rooms but had an aircon unit above the entrance door and which had a corridor that led to the 2 rooms - no good with two daughters who wanted privacy Only one pool umbrella that was broken but was replaced but when I asked if there was another one, as there were four of us, we were told that there was only one sun! No netting for mosquitoes When we went to do some washing, we opened the washing machine door and foul, smelly water flooded out. It worked in the end. Also the management agent could not tell us where the safe key was - Maria who came to deliver the new umbrella said she would ask her boss but we never did get a reply in the end - she did have my phone to text as I had a text from her the day about the broken umbrella we found on arrival. The clever wording in the add would lead you to believe that there are two bathrooms in the house but one is what we would call a pool side room (albeit a very good one - usually mentioned in an ad as a poolside shower room). Overall we enjoyed our stay but I suspect that we may have been the first people in the villa this year but the cons need sorting out.
