The open-plan living and dining area offers plenty of natural light, a flat-screen satellite TV, comfortable seating, and a dining table — a relaxing space to unwind after a day in the sun.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a full range of utensils. The apartment also features a private balcony overlooking the street, ideal for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening drink.
