The property enjoys panoramic views across Pollensa old town and the dramatic Tramuntana mountains, providing a tranquil sanctuary for families and groups seeking a premium holiday rental.



The interior of this luxury villa in Pollensa has been finished to the highest standards. The main floor features an expansive living and dining area that opens directly onto a large covered terrace, ideal for shaded alfresco dining. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen complete with a Smeg cooker, American-style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, and breakfast bar. Villa was so lovely. Close to town. So much space for our boys (age 3 and 5) to run around. Pool was perfect. Iris was extremely helpful with any recommendations or issues we had. We would definitely come back. Couldn’t be happier with our experience. Nothing.

We were a family of 5 and we could not have loved the accommodations more! Beautifully decorated, and fully equipped work everything we needed. Iris,The villa manager was beyond helpful, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that any questions we had were answered immediately. Located within a 10 minute walk to the center of Pollensa. I would recommend this villa and hope to be back there again!! Booking directly through Balearic Villas was also super easy! No complaints whatsoever!

Antigua is an outstanding Villa and perfectly matched our needs for a three generation holiday. Surrounded by a generous garden it was quiet and rural. As promised it was within easy walking distance of Pollensa a pretty hillside town with a great choice of restaurants. Nothing! Great and very helpful service, thank you.

What an amazing house.

All finished to the highest standard but simple, not flashy. Just the way I like it. Designed in a stylish rustic chic. The layout, was fab with all of the different areas to sit in, places to do yoga, or chill or jump in the pool. Lovely garden full of fruit trees. Wonderful to be able to walk into town every night for dinner. Shame the pools paint was all peeling off. And if only the weather had been warmer. Otherwise perfect. Thank you

Wonderful House and very nice area

You act very professional both before and during the stay. I think the level of information prior to the trip makes it very easy to deal with. You simply get all the information you need along the way. It also worked very well with the small "greeting" from Iris the day before our arrival with all the details we needed to get into the house etc.. We'll be back :-)
