Villa Benvingut, your Mallorcan villa with character, has a spacious living room with typical Mallorcan beams, from which you can access the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, the corridor leading to the main double bedroom with a private bathroom and terrace access, and a room with two single beds and a private bathroom.



Near the kitchen, there is an independent fully equipped bathroom and a room with two single beds.



The swimming pool is characterised by its unique shape and wide Roman steps that allow easy access to it.

From the exterior, it is also worth highlighting the terrace area, the barbecue, for eating outdoors and the enclosed gardens with grass, trees and shrubs.



Villa Benvingut has been decorated with tasteful contemporary colours, is well-furnished and well-equipped, and is the perfect place for your holiday in the Mediterranean.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.



The tourist tax is included in the price.
