Villa Porqueres is a charming holiday home that has been decorated with a touch of comfort. Located in the popular Son March valley, the property is surrounded by the magnificent mountains of the Serra de Tramontana, and therefore enjoys beautiful views.

The private kidney-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace and a grassy garden, confirming that this villa is the right choice to enjoy a holiday in a natural and idyllic environment.

The house is on one floor, and is decorated in Mallorcan style but with some modern touches. The main entrance is located under the covered terrace, and takes us directly to the living room, fully equipped with TV and DVD.The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, ceramic hob, electric oven and other necessary utensils.

The bedroom area consists of a double room with a full bathroom en suite, and two doubles that share another full bathroom. One of the double rooms has a TV and DVD, and all of them are equipped with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning (following energy saving and efficiency initiatives, they can only be used from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. - these hours cannot be extended nor change except July and August).
